Spring 2026 – A No 44 Update for Members and Stakeholders
As we move further into the year we wanted to share an update on the progress at No 44, Woodstock.
While much of the ongoing work remains behind the scenes, momentum is building and we’re steadily moving forward with bringing the space back to the Woodstock community.
Spring Updates
Essential maintenance and safety
Important structural steps are continuing, including essential maintenance and safety work, ensuring the building is secure and ready for its next chapter. Preliminary architectural plans have been created, helping us visualise how the space could evolve.
Community at the heart
There is ongoing interest in using the space, which is an encouraging reminder of how valued No 44 is in the town.
A fresh look and feel website!
The website has been redeveloped and is now live. Designed to grow with the project and reflect the future of No 44, it’s where you can find the latest updates and information and where people can register their interest. Add this to your favourites: Https://www.num44.com
Attendance at Social Clubs in the 21st Century
In March our management team attended this important calendar event in Leeds, which took place at The Holbeck, the longest running social club in the UK. It was a valuable chance to learn about what it means to run a successful club in the community in today’s world, with diversification as a key theme throughout.
Future Operating Tenants
In the past year talks have been held with several potential operating tenant’s, with further meetings scheduled in coming months.
Looking ahead
Our focus remains on ensuring No 44 has a sustainable future. Further updates will be shared as plans develop. Keep up to date via the website.
We’d like to thank everyone for their patience and encouragement as we move through this next phase.
With thanks,
The Management Team
